Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except for incorrect orders.

If you happen to receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, we encourage you to contact us via email within 10 days of receiving the order. To help us promptly resolve the issue, please attach photos of the order to your email. It is important to note that any issues reported outside of the specified time frame may only be eligible for store credit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you find any defects, or damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on :

  • Sale Items 
  • Gift Cards

  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

If you have items that were not purchased through, please return them to the original retailer. For any questions regarding their return policy, please contact the original retailer directly.
